We had a great experience for our son’s 5th birthday here! Our party host was Diamond and she is literally a DIAMOND. She was amazing, kind, attentive, extremely friendly, all of the above!! She made the entire experience a breeze for us. Our son and his friends had so much fun. The facility was the perfect size and I loved the seating they had available for parents. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all friends and family!

We had so much fun at my son’s birthday party. The place was clean, very welcoming, and spacious but not enough to lose sight of your child. Christina gave us excellent hospitality and customer service along with coupons for our future visits and we will definitely be back! The kids and parents had a great time. Our host Maddy was amazing and did an excellent job, setting up, serving, and cleaning. The kids and parents loved her.

We just celebrated our 4 year old at Jumpin Jax! I have always gone overboard at all parties I have put on through the years. I needed a stress free event this go round and boy did they make that happen. From booking, adding add ons to the package, and not having to lift a finger for the entire event was worth every penny! Jumpin Jax, thank you! You will def be a party place for us in the future

Our kids love this place and always have so much fun when they come in. Our negative experience comes from their lack of empathy regarding the needs of children. We brought our two kids and 3 friends today to enjoy the teacher workday. The kids knew that they have pizza there and wanted to eat when we got there. About 15 minutes after getting there, we went and asked for a cheese pizza and were told they were out. She was very nice and said she would order more. She called dominos and was told it would be at least an hour and a half for it to be delivered. I asked her if we could pick it up and she said no due to health concerns it needs to be delivered? I then asked if we could leave and get something to eat and come back to which we were told if we left the parking lot our tickets were void!!!! We waited over two hours and still no pizza and very hungry kids. If you are not going to allow outside food, then you need to have inside food available for purchase. It’s that simple.

We celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday at Jumpin Jax using the weekday after-hours package for 10 kids. Christine was very informative and communicated in a kind, professional and efficient manner. Sara was our party host and she was fabulous! She met all of our needs right on time. Everything was ready for us, all we had to do was bring the cake and the party! We did the glow party add-on and it was an excellent twist on the evening. Kids had a real blast and the party was huge success! Highly recommend this place for a convenient, low-hassle, low-stress birthday celebration.

Had our son’s 6th birthday party here! The staff takes all the stress off the parents and helps with party set-up, decorations, and managing kids/guests! The kids are able to play, have a pizza/drink & cake break, and then more time to play! It’s affordable compared to other party experiences we’ve had at other places and would definitely have another party here! I would rate the Staff 10/10 for the excellent customer service.

We love Jumpin Jax! There are areas for play for all ages. My 5 year old loves going. The staff is very friendly and willing to help when needed. From Birthday Parties, Special Events, Spanish Class, Bible Club, to just regular play, there is always something to enjoy. Days that I need to work and my daughter has too much energy, I bring my laptop and work while she plays. It’s a great alternative activity when the weather is not so nice and the kids can’t play outside. During the summer we enjoy water days. Overall a great family friendly clean place! Highly recommend!
