It was our first time at Dave & Buster’s.. We went on black Friday as they had unlimited games for $10 an hour.

It was awesome … seeing this mini arcade games..

Kids were excited and we extended our one hour to two hours .. and still kids wanted to stay there..

The virtual reality games are just awesome … it’s not only for kids even adults will enjoy so much…

The food was good too, but the only thing was it was so crowded that was taking time for the service to come and help …

They had huge screens and were casting sports so that’s another plus..

It’s a place a place to definitely to visit again ..

Had a great time at a birthday party at Dave and Busters. Service, food was all really good. Big selection of games to choose from to play. They have a full bar for the adults, with some draft, can, and bottle beer.

We had so much fun it was my Son girl friends Birthday. They drove 5 hours to come see us for her birthday. This place made her day so special by giving her cake and singing to her, it was awesome! Thank you so much Dave and Buster you made her birthday.

I feel this Dave & Busters is a hit or miss.

Wednesdays are definitely the days to go to get more for your dollar.

The times I have ordered food, either the orders take a while to come out, if not the food served is not what we originally ordered, or we are waiting for someone to take our order but no one has come around and we just walk away to the arcade area.

Even though it looks like there would be enough staff members, it's been difficult getting someone to talk to or even order a drink.

Last time I was at the bar, it felt like we were being ignored, I made eyes contact with the bartender and she had said she'd be right with us then served the other side of the bar and never came back.
We had asked someone else behind the bar if he could serve us, but I think he may have just been a bar back helping keep the bar stocked.

Eventually she came back, but the amount of time in between felt excessive.
If it would have been easier for us to be on the other side of the bar, I would not have minded if they would have said so.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The food the service and the atmosphere was great. Our bartender Toni was phenomenal. I enjoyed playing some of the games. This is definitely a family friendly spot in the triangle! I’ll definitely be going back very soon. Wings were 10/10! The Fries were not my favorite.

Spent some much needed time with the grandkids, oh what fun! Food was good but overpriced. The service was slow, my granddaughters meal came, then the appetizers and wayyy later the rest of our meals came. The drinks we ordered were also slow to come and came at different times. Had to go to the bar to reorder drinks and that took even more time. But the main objective to spend time with the kids was accomplished. But next time we will NOT do Dave and Busters. I will spend my $$$$ somewhere that appreciates their customers.

Waited over 30 minutes just to put food in, restaurant wasn't even that busy, all the service staff was just waiting in the window for food to be ready or crowding around the POS computers. We moved from a table to the bar after waiting 15 minutes without even being greeted by a staff member. There were several tables around us who were waiting the same time if not even longer. When we finally moved to the bar, we finally were noticed by a staff member who gave us waters, then proceeded to ignore us for another 20 minutes. Finally we were able to put in food after 45 minutes of being in the restaurant!! At the hour and an half mark, we still hadn’t even gotten our food. At this point we just asked for a refund and left. Absolutely horrendous service, I manage a restaurant in NC and no guest should ever be treated as poorly as we were.

Been taking my 9-13 year old niece and nephew here. I’m an old school gamer and have been happy with the different games they’ve incorporated at this Dave and busters compared to others in the past. It’s got a lot of different content. 30-40 bucks will last for about an hour or two of play for one person so it’s not cheap but the experience is pretty good. It’s nice you can sit down for a restaurant experience after that doesn’t break the bank and considering we’re at an arcade, the food was pretty decent.

Shout out to the staff, everyone seemed pretty nice and I appreciated their friendliness.

If I could change one thing, I’d say the DJ on Friday night was blasting the music. Not that I don’t like good tunes and he did a fine job… just don’t think it should be directed at the people sitting down at the restaurant. Many people are there with family and it was way too loud for our infant who was along for the ride. This isn’t a knock, just friendly feedback for management.
