We saw a magic show next door, found this place,Great place to kill sometime on vacation and the rainforest cafe is attached, which I could have a drink after the show and kids killed some money and time on bumper cars. The whole experience was great.

Terrible customer service. Our 5 year old wanted to know how many points she had earned when the staff told us she was busy serving the other family, understandable. However, the employee was just standing around waiting for the family to decide on what prize the kids wanted to chose. Both staff continued to stand around, after a few minutes I asked if the one staff member could please just scan the card so our 5 yr old could at least know the balance.
My husband was told we needed 50 points to get anything even though there were containers of different small toys for 25 points each. Felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking them to do their job. Not a busy day either.

Place was small,good to have few people entertained. We only did the mini putt since we had a free voucher from groupon. There was 2 attendants for the place but everything is pretty much self served anyways. If you are really looking for things to do, though, go to bigger entertainment and arcade places.

L'ambiance était sympa. Il n'y avait presque personne quand nous y sommes allés, aussi pas d'attente pour les jeux. Pas mal de machines étaient en panne.
Lors de l'installation pour une partie en duo, la machine n'a pris en compte que la moitié des jetons et a refusé de laisser le second joueur participer. Un employé est venu voir le problème et réglé la situation pour que nous puissions jouer à 2 sans repayer.

They ruined the last arcades with coins and paper tickets. It’s now just another card-swipe place with mid range machines. What a shame. It was worth the drive just for the fun of carrying the coins and seeing kids’ eyes light up when 200 tickets are printed.

I wish they would go to having tickets go on to the card but the kids love it so... so the tickets do now go on the cards the place seemed to have less games and it cost more credits to play.

Very spacious and noisy too. The design itself is ok, it is connected to the rainforest cafe, you can go downstairs and have access to the Hotel. They are all connected. Once you're inside you can even go to the waterpark. Kids friendly but somedays it's too noisy and also not that much agents for that big place. I have seen one tech the whole night time I have been there and one machine stop working and restarted by itself. I had to walk to the desk and tell the girl and then she sent the guy. They have tokens machines like the Strike and Bowl, but those tokens can only be used in their facility. They also have their own passes for their own games.

Definitely give this arcade a try. Prize quality, game quality, service, value for money and crowd size are all better than Great Canadian Midway.
