We had our son's 5th birthday party here! He and his friends absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing and helped with setting up their part of the package (I.e drinks and food) and the room was clean! We highly recommend here if you would love your kids to have their parties here. It helps that they are safe and you don't have to worry about your kids having fun! The time flies, especially when they are having fun! THANKS CHEEK MONKEY FOR HELPING US PUT THIS PARTY TOGETHER!

Absolutely wonderful place to spend time in!

It is a fantastic indoor playground for younger children, especially for toddlers like my 1.5-year-old. The space is clean, well-organized, and filled with soft, age-appropriate play areas that keep my little one entertained for hours. There are plenty of safe, interactive toys and structures that encourage exploration and social play. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming, which makes for a relaxing experience. It's a great spot for parents to take a break while their little ones burn off energy. We visit often and always leave with smiles!

Cheeky Monkeys Indoor Playground in St. Catharines is one of the best places for kids to play and have fun! We’ve been here many times, and every visit has been fantastic.

The facility is incredibly well-kept – it’s always spotless, and the climbing equipment is consistently in excellent condition. It’s clear they take great care in maintaining everything, which gives us peace of mind while our kids play.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The whole place is well organized, and I love how easy it is to book, sign the waiver, and pay online. We can’t recommend it enough and look forward to our next visit!

We recently visited Cheeky Monkey indoor playground, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-organized everything was. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The playground itself was a dream come true for our little one. There was something for everyone – from soft play areas for the younger kids to climbing walls and obstacle courses for the older ones. The variety of activities kept them engaged for hours. The slides were smooth and fast, the hang on zip line thing was a big hit, and my little one had fun playing with new made friends.

What really stood out was the attention to safety. There were plenty of soft mats and padded areas, and the staff was always nearby to supervise and offer help when needed. We also loved the clean bathrooms and snack areas where we could take breaks.

For parents, there was a comfortable lounge area with seating, to enjoy a coffee. It was so nice to relax while the kids had a blast. The whole environment was very family-friendly and safe, which gave us peace of mind.

Overall, our visit to this indoor playground was nothing short of fantastic. The little one had the time of their lives, and we did too! We’ll definitely be back for more fun in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot to let kids burn off energy while parents unwind.

I am here about once a week with my two 3 year old grandsons. They have a wonderful time wearing off some of the excess energy.
The staff ia friendly and accommodating. The facility is always spotless.
It is a wonderful resource and I highly recommend it!

We attended on a weekend, of course busy as they had birthday parties and such.

The first “rule” we were told about was not to have home brought snacks or drinks to keep the place “safe” - respect that completely.

The part that threw me off was they control outside food and drinks however they don’t control the children who are clearly sick and allow them in to play.

Our visit was 15 minutes as kids had snot and coughing visibly sick and using the same equipment as those who respect families and NOT bring sick children out.

Parents, do better & Monkeys, please control this if your trying to make it a “safe place”
