Great visit today with my three grandchildren. The staff were great as always - food fab and loved the throne at the entrance …. Should be there all year ?! I’ll paint a mural for you ? (Find me on insta or Etsy @janerobbinsart)

Just had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it was super-fun, mega-easy and reasonably priced. Don’t know why we haven’t done birthday parties here in the past! Honestly the most stress-free party we’ve ever had. Staff really friendly and well organised too. Highly recommend.

My little girl loved it! 2 hours flew by. Seemed really well ran, lots of staff. Maybe a little dated in decor but kids don't care about that. Food was good also. Compared to some I have been to it was reasonably priced and i was able to park! Couldn't fault it really.

Nice place, grandkids enjoyed it. Clean and nice staff. Only thing I didn't like was there was some machine rides that were contactless and didn't take coins, wish places would stop slowly going over to cars and not cash. But apart from that it was a nice place.

DO NOT BRING DISABLED CHILDREN HERE WORST experience I've been to with my autistic children it's not secure at all they leave the doors open to the kitchen with sharp items at hand but it also leads to an open door in the kitchen which goes outside and if you try to close it the owner opens it and mocks you for not being able to stop your Sen children from going in it. ridiculous behaviour from the owner of a supposedly secure Sen friendly facility pmsl DO NOT BRING SEN CHILDREN HERE. The man (owner) in the photo is a monster he mocks disabled neurodivergent children for being disabled/having no control then tries to get physical with the parents ( he got right in my face in front of my kids literally had to tell him to back off there are kids present ) trying to start a fight in front of 40+ children, he should be ashamed of himself. Reported to health and safety and council for violating health and safety rules and blatant endangerment of minors.NEVER EVER GO HERE

Took my daughter whilst visiting family in Macclesfield. Absolutely loved it! Everything clean, staff very friendly, cheap and tasty cafe service. Will 100% be back next time we are in the country.

Came here on a whim because the car boot was rained off and so glad we did. Brilliant little facility, not too busy even on a Sunday morning and loads of different things to keep the kids happy. Staff very pleasant and helpful as well. Definitely coming here in the future

I was told that there had been some big changes, no there haven't the tatty sofas have gone, and replaced with tables and chairs but they are not new, the prices have gone up, fish fingers sandwich £4 this was on the "chef's special" board ( the difference between a chef and a burger flipper/microwave chef are worlds apart) we didn't use or see the main menu however I did see results not for me thanks, the few balls that were in the ball pool have gone I assume so that they don't need to sanitize them, the play areas that have mats are still worn and there's still plenty of gaffer tape around, the opportunity to get a deep clean has clearly been missed that ship has sailed and is unlikely to come again, hence the pictures of the large black cobwebs over the food area, the light boxes are heavy with dust and cobwebs to also the ceiling fans except for one are also covered and the steelwork is to, however on the upside they operate a reduced entry at the time we visited they were open to only 40% of the capacity and they required a pre booking for entry, also get the NHS COVID-19 TRACK AND TRACE app it has the QR code reader not the normal track and trace . One adult one child £ 9 and you get one and a half .
