fortunate to get an hour where it was totally not busy. entire family had fun. pleasurable coffee not unpleasant tasting. worth it. Reasonably spacious. included upstairs footie area and £1 (coins only) mini-motorbike track. Very suitably accomodating ages from 2-1. food /coffee /tea minimum £5 buy if using card otherwise cash for under £5.

Excellent fun ? place and very helpfull , kind , service.
Play area , dining area, toilets clean.
My son loved it so much.he made some friend , enjoyed his time in THE FUNHOUSE so much.
Ample parking area. Birthday? ? and other party area can be hired. Some Machine games and rides available.
Fabulous eating menu available with tempating meals for kids and adults.
Highly recommend this place for parents , grandparents and guardians to bring kids to this funhouse.

Great little play centre and excellent offers for Toddler play sessions.
The staff and friendly and really accommodating, one of the staff went out of his way to make me a decaf mocha and even offered to re-warm it after it went cold. Lovely play centre, lovely staff

Beyond livid!! The Funhouse you need to get to grips with policy’s and procedures of inclusion for everyone INCLUDING children with additional needs!! Took my son in the sensory room because he needed to self regulate for the so called ‘ supervisor’ Sarah to come banging the door open to tell me to get out with bigger children I fully explained my son has autism and needs the sensory room to self regulate in busy times as the fun house was starting to get busy baring in mind we arrived just as it opened so he would have plenty of time to play before it would get busy! She then proceeded to point at my 4 year old daughter in the face saying she also needs to leave which resulted in her crying and being scared! We left and went back to the table! I spoke to a wonderful member of staff called Ella who I asked who I could make a complaint too she explained that Sarah was the supervisor & there was dean who was the owner. She asked what was wrong I explained and she agreed with me that the room is for baby’s & also children with SEN needs & there is a sign confirming so on the door. Whilst ella went to get Sarah. A family that was also in there approached me & asked me if I was ok as she felt like she had to come and check up on me as that lady who came in was so rude and Abrupt and had no rite doing what she did & speaking to us like that and advised me to put a complaint in. Sarah then approached me and said ‘ is this about the sensory room incident then’ I explained to Sarah about my sons needs and his autism and Sarah was adamant that the room is not for SEN children just babies I told her about the sign on the door and I was disgusted in the way she spoke to me and my children and doesn’t understand inclusion. Sarah then started raising her voice so I asked to speak to someone higher than her as I was not happy Sarah told me ‘ there was no one higher than her only dean but he wouldn’t speak to me’ then a lady next too me said to Sarah your wrong if it’s only for babies like you said why’s there not a member of staff watching the room then? I then exsplained how when we arrived this morning we was the only adults and children here & there was two children here she said yeah they are my children I exsplained they was running up the slide continuously causing my son to have to stop coming down she said no my boys no better and walked off. I shouted I wanted the email to take it further she shouted just leave. So I approached Ella and Ella was really helpful & gave me the email. I then went to the toilet before leaving noticing Sarah had put a sign over the normal sign to cover herself!! I have used the fun house swinton for years! Never had any issue but this is disgusting behaviour and I will be taking this further than just a complaint! As I have tried to speak with the owner and been completely shut down!

My daughter had her 9th birthday party at the fun house yesterday and it was a brilliant day. All the kids had a great time in the play area and disco room, the staff were really attentive and made the day special for my little girl, the food was also lovely, empty plates all round and very reasonably priced! Thanks so much to all at the fun house x

Lovely and wonderful experience today, all members of staff were really helpful , although a special mention to bethany, who made aure we had a good time and allowed me to use the sensory room to calm my youngest ! Will be coming back

We brought 3 x 9/10yo and 1 x 2yo. They all had a blast, the snacks are cheap. The equipment is in good nick. Wish they had more go karts 🙂
