Fun Factory is a fun Playgym for all young Ages. Facilities are nice. Staff polite and look after you well. The playgym padding itself is very well protected. Staff making sure the place is always Tidy after all Sessions. The only thing that I can point out is the menus. Very screwed up and just felt like just thrown on Tables. Would recommend to get new menus and nice presentation upright looks more professional. My Little girl loved her experience here. Playing with Dollies and playing down the Slide. £5 food price. First time using, brilliant for a small business. My daughter has additional needs, so the size is just ok for her to let loose and blow some steam. I'll definitely be back! 🙂

Friendly staff, easy food for the kids and adults and great entry price. The bouncy castle is fun and the soft floor is great for kids to practice walking on. Its busy on the weekend though quiet in the week day.
Only concern, the toys are dirty and need a clean or up grade. No batteries in them. Also, thick, thick dust on the top of the climbing frame and side. There are old crisps and my daughter manage to grab one and try and eat it. The place needs a deep clean!

Bit small for what you pay for. Generally clean, seemed a lot for younger toddlers or babies. Food a bit expensive for what it was.

To access there is either a lot of stairs or very old lift, make sure you click the door shut or it won't move. Contactless available (September 2021) with minimum card charge of £5. Cost £4 to play.

Overall it was ok, seemed better suited to young toddlers, older ones may get bored.

Very friendly. Birthday party went really well. It's not a super big play gym, so you can have a cup of tea, sit at a table and keep an eye on the little (and not so little) ones.

Wonderful staff, cleaned regular and the food is lovely and affordable. Perfect to sit and have a nice brew while your little ones play. Even have dress up and toys xx
