Came here yesterday with relatives and two young kids, and thought it was brilliant! Huge facilities for the kids to play in, different areas were for different age groups, there was a variety of activities for the kids, place was clean too. Most beverages and food were cost-effective (avoid fruit shoot - ridiculously expensive!) and I loved the system in place when ordering food; once you place your order, you're given a little square object that lights up, vibrates and makes noise when your food is ready, so you don't have to stand around the counter for ages waiting for your food! The bacon sandwich and carrot cake were tasty (love Costa's carrot cake - it's always flavoursome and moist!), the latte was nice too. Would recommend!

Highly Recommend The Fun Jungle to anyone!!
I had my daughter's 5th birthday party here and it was one of the best places I have been to for a party.
The party was organised last minute as she wasn't meant to be having a party.
The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful while organising it.
On the day of the party all of the staff made sure everything was perfect for us especially with it being one of the busiest times of the year.
The food was brilliant and plenty of it for the kids. We had a visit from Skye from Paw Patrol the kids absolutely loved it.
The place is spotlessly clean and so much to do for all ages.
We will definitely be back. Thanks again

Great soft play with loads to do for children. Ideal for children 4+.
Smaller area for younger children as well but not loads to do for that age range - though younger children do pay less.
Food is good but a little over priced.
Currently costs £5 for an hour and a half for an under 2.
Toddler cheaper price of £3 was available at term time during the week.

Took our Grandson here for the first time today. ...Washington.( 20 months old) He loved it...especially the machine that blew the balls into the air. It was clean and the staff were so nice. We really enjoyed being there. Although we didn't eat the menu looked really nice. We most definitely will be back.

Quite big with lots to do
Cafe is good, lots of nice hot drinks
It has many games which do need money to play which caused some tears.
The toilets were a little messy but probably due for a clean.
Parking was easy

Won’t be back down a passive aggressive male member of staff. If I had read the complains before hand from others I wouldn’t have booked. If your child uses a bottle or specific cup or is fussy with drink or food or if you have a baby book somewhere else ?

There was a group of us 4 adults 7 kids and we spent £160ish between us in total accross drinks for us all, mains and deserts.

One of the girls we met up with brought us some Halloween cakes she made (to take home) which were boxed on the table. Another one of the girls had a bottle of water which she always takes with her (she also bought a coffee, x2 cakes, x2 meals plus her water was unopened). We also had 3 of the kids who use specific bottles / sippy cups and won’t / can’t drink from anything else.

This man approached us like a bomb 5 minutes before the end of our time coming accross very argumentative spitting your not allowed them in here. Words were crossed asking why, explaining the cakes were boxed, the water was untouched, we’ve spent an absolute fortune in here, some of kids need their own cups, there’s no need to go on like that x y and z. He was also pointing complaining at a packed of baby melt sticks that one of the mams brought in for her weaning baby (even though the fun jungle don’t provide baby snacks) he said this was not allowed and the baby would have to just not eat. He just kept repeating himself being very controlling and passive aggressive.

Even if we didn’t spent a penny on site and brought a full on picnic I wouldn’t expect a bloke to approach some younger mams the way he did. He could have came across and and said girls your not supposed to bring your own stuff in here please see the signs for next time.

The rest of the staff were lovely, very attentive to children, clearing mess and serving. Shame they have a horrible boss ?

Absolutely nothing wrong with the soft play itself, refurb is lovely.
However I’ve just spent £44 on entry / food & drinks yet I can’t give the kids a couple of sips out of my own water bottle from home when they’ve finished what I’d bought at the soft play?
I think £9.50 entry is a bit extreme, to then come away and find that there is month passes you can purchase but not one member of staff thought to tell me about this deal it was just “are they both over 2?” “Yes” “£19” staff not rude but no friendly convos going on

£44 for 90 minutes out is a bit much, and I’m sure any response to this will just be about the “overheads” but this is just a review to let other parents know before going as I knew once I was in I wasn’t going to be able to just turn the kids around to go home, if you are happy paying £9.50 entry per child for this soft play that’s fine… but maybe your staff should mention the other options available.

Had such a fabulous day today with my nephew. The staff fantastic had 2 young girls working (Olivia) ( Jodie) fantastic with the kids. Also who ever was in costumes were amazing got all kids involved. Love the new look kids really enjoyed mimi market everything looks fantastic 10/10 recommend
