Security has a policy that says their not responsible for stolen items, which makes security obligated to steal from homeless. Called out 2 managers to follow up on my missing items and one was smiling in my face while the other was angry talking over me as I was talking to one manager that was smiling. Angry manager dismissed me when 2 big security guards show up to support him. Investigate Catholic security and manegement or they will continue to not care about anything except a paycheck. Already had made 2 different reports and no follow up on stolen items. Locker was infront of security desk directly, which makes the guard responsible regardless of silly airtight policy. They cant seem to shut the hell up at night while all the homeless sleep on dusty cots. I overhear guards talking shit about homeless people because it makes their unathletic bodys feel better in life. Shitty towels and dry ass blanket overly washed and never replaced. Night shift manager sleeps in office everynight.

I was checking in and one of the guards opened my wallet and took money out. I saw him do it and told him to put it back. Resulting in getting a 16 month trespass. After I left I immediately filed a police report and will be pressing charges against the staff members for theft and discrimination. I wrote a statement that Metro has as well. My advice don't stay there unless u want staff to steal ur belongings

Yo pedí mi cita el 1 de Julio exactamente , en el papel que me entregaron decía que podía tardar de 4 a 6 semanas, después fui a preguntar y me dijeron que habían 3 semanas de atraso, pero ya llevamos 9 semanas y aún no nos llega nada, por favor deme una respuesta. Gracias

They're NO help at all. I'm 66 and extremely disabled. When we started having problems paying rent, I went to them first then to all of the other organizations, charities listed to get help. We also needed food. When I called, instead of getting a person I'd have to leave a written message.
NO one ever got back to me, they didn't prevent us from being evicted.
Now my sister and I are homeless. We're giving up on hope and we're feeling abandoned.
We've been here since March 1992, buried our beloved Mom here.

Good morning, the security mistreats you and humiliates you, a lot of security, but being inside the facility they steal your belongings and the cameras never see anything, also being inside they don't let you eat food and we have to be there from 14 to 16 hours without eating and people who are diabetic are only given an energy bar, we are in the best country in the world, what they have with homeless is abuse

Buen día señores de caridad católicas estoy en situación de calle ya con mi hijo e esposo necesitamos una ayuda de refugio se nos hace imposible alojarnos en algún lugar por desgracia no contamos con nadie conocido para que nos ayude por eso pido un refugio para mí familia solo a corto plazo mientras salimos de esta mala racha se los sabría agradecer por mi hijo que con tan solo 3 años no lo quiero que duerma en la calle necesito ayuda por favor
