Someone needs to look into this organization, I filled out an application for rental assistance, I got an call back from Hilda, and all she gave was attitude and deadlines that were rushed. After sending everything needed but one form. I was told today, that I wouldn't be receiving rental assitance for November!! due to my county . Me and my landlord were patient and turned everything that was asked for.
when your put in a place to help people, your supposed to do exactly that, they need to change the name of their organization, there was nothing Godly about the way Mrs Hilda talked and treated me and my family, I'm writing this because I don't want to see people like me that are in desperate need of help with their rent to ask this horrible organization for help, you will be in a worser place, dealing with these people. I literally had to chase Hilda down just to get told no after weeks of sending everything. Now I am behind on November Rent and I have late fees. Thanks for nothing.

If I can put 0 , I will. I resigned over a month , and I still have not received my mileage and parking fees reimbursed ! I emailed Human Resources , vice president including accountant and supervisors with no response . That’ s one of the reason I left the organization , they have bad communication and employees never have their rights . A big question comes up to my mind how they call themselves working in social work and receives funds to help other's?

Not responsive at all, it takes weeks for them to respond. At the beginning of my program there was 4 MONTH delay and now we have 4 month delay. My program supposed to be close in the middle of March, today almost end of July and no one didn’t contact me. Call me or text me or sent an email…. no one. Constantly rotation of personnel and very bad information flow between all departments…. If you have chance to go somewhere, don’t think about it just go.

Very poor service, they mistreat people so that they leave the building in a bad way. In the building that they opened, two brunettes who seem to be the building's security guards mistreat children, pregnant women and as many people as possible who stand there. They should have people who help and contribute to peace

NO HELP. I applied for assistance soon after Hurricane Beryl came through. I received an email on July 17th stating they would call me, after providing my contact details and they never did. Have not followed up to my emails I sent, and when I called weeks ago, stated something about still making calls. They lied and seem they pick and choose who they give assistance to.
