Shocking place don't take a council home from them as once you've in they expect you to do all repairs yourself and send you tube videos to do the job yourself no workmen come look at the job you have to send them pictures of what the issue is and that is even one of their supposedly luxury new builds beside bowling green
They have no clue and when criticism is given they hang the phone up on you they are discriminating between able body and non able body even though female and can't reach the issue
Also I'm almost 50 years old and wanted to make this my forever home so I don't need to move again they gave me top flat and all younger folk bottom and muddle put 4 dogs in one close and none in the next making it difficult to leave my house with the dog as not all dogs get on
They are up for an award and funnily enough it's the person who when needed anything doing got all the help and it's them they questioned about an article of how these houses have changed his life I was given no help from Clydebank housing whatsoever cupboards collapsed no way is there anything luxurious about these flats they are a disgrace and staff are rude and arrogant stay clear of Clydebank housing one brain cell between them all
So I've just had my yearly inspection and everything that is not right is not covered with repairs toilets are to be left with no toilet seat and I less I'm prepared to pay for a new toilet can't replace it as not accessible to me so will need to buy a complete new toilet not happening
Shower door is glass and when exiting the shower the screen will bang against the sink which is an accident waiting to happen
Kitchen cupboards the shelf's Inside everyones not just mine have collapsed for no reason smashing everything in the cupboard below won't come fix them
Gap at front door wind blows through won't fix that
Clydebank housing association have given allocations of these houses out and not put anything in consideration stay clear of this lot

Been on the housing list since 2019 wayyy before covid and still fighting to get a house for me and my daughter. The way you get spoken to from Margaret and Elaine hahaha is very very UNPROFESSIONAL, they never allow you to talk, always talking over you. I knew a few people have just joined the housing and already been housed, I’m speechless on how they work and disgusted how I’ve been treated. Taylor at reception is lovely and always helpful. My anxiety and stress goes sky high after being on the phone with these two. DISGUSTING!!!

Would just like to thank b.hood and there team for doing a brilliant job on plastering my walls took a while for housing to get round to it but b.hood came in and sorted it fantastic job and thanks again definitely recommend using them excellent quality of work and quick
