After reading some of the other reviews I don't know why they're so low! Visited today and the place was clean, welcoming and I felt like my child was completely safe here. It was quiet (weekday afternoon!) and the attractions were brilliant. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, I ordered a latte and it was prepared fresh in front of me. This place is absolutely huge, my little one loved it!

Disgusting.
Visited on a very quiet Tuesday afternoon, literally 2 other customers in the building, the place was filthy, not safe for children especially with the amount of mouldy food stuck between the mats, holes in the netting, and thick dust everywhere. Toilets were horrid, food areas were dirty, but staff were polite and friendly.

Could be improved so easily with cleaning in the soft play structures, a few repairs and a quick hoover.

The kids love it, although it could be better looked after and modernized a bit more. A lot of the equipment is in dis-repair and I question my children's safety on some of the equipment. Dust and dirt in certain places makes me question the cleanliness of this place and how often things are cleaned. The layout is great and plenty of comfortable seating around for parents. The food is questionable and often not cooked right. The queues for food are ridiculously slow moving.

A very enjoyable trip on a wet Monday. Plenty of room for the kids to enjoy themselves. Extremely good value and provided free juice and an adequate cafe. Perhaps a few extra bins around the seating area would have encouraged parents to tidy up after themselves and their children.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever been to. I came here on Friday at 3:26 and it wasn’t even open when it says it’s open until 6pm, no reason as to why it’s closed. So disappointing and unfair drove all the way here for nothing. Kids were so excited. We went the next day and smelled like
Plastic and sweat absolutely disgusting. Felt weird being there the floor was filthy and the sofas had stains and the tables had food on we had to wait 15 minutes to even get in because there was nobody at the front desk. 1 star would not recommend.

Large indoor play centre with lots suitable for mixed ages. Entry fee reasonable and free entry for accompanying adults. Good selection of drinks and snacks in the cafe, meals served too but we didn't have one. Large fee car park, but Make sure you enter your car number plate on their system to avoid getting a parking ticket

I had such a great time visiting the fantastic funhouse this saturday for one of my child’s friends birthday party! The host, wearing a light blue t-shirt, really knew how to make everyone feel welcome. The vibe was fun, with awesome food, music, and games. You could tell they put a lot of thought into everything, and it made for a really memorable time. Overall, it was a super fun party, and I’d definitely love to be part of any future events they throw!

Went to visit not for the first time, we have been before but have had the same experience on other visits. The children in the centre are badly behaved and don’t adhere to the age limit of areas. The rides they have there don’t work even though staff say they should
The building smells damp and musty and if I could do a lower star rating I would, Definitely won’t be visiting again will stick to Banana Bens in future
