Recently changed ownership/names. Fresh paint was added and some new attractions were added (new bouncy houses, indoor racetrack, and lots of arcade games). Party rooms that lined the outer walls were taken out to make the indoor space larger. Some attractions still need some TLC and the upper padded floors should really be replaced or cleaned. Prices went up. $19 for 90 mins and $21 for 2 hours.

They have a new policy where you can't have shoes on when your watching on the platform. They need to amend that policy because a 78 year old lady who had leg surgery earlier in the week should be expected to take her shoes off and buy socks just to watch her great grands play. ? Meanwhile, staff wears their shoes on there, kids wear light up tiaras, and people hold babies while on the trampolines. I used to rate it 5 stars, but I just can't after my experience today. I feel like the baby thing and tiara thing would be more of a safety concern than what it was. That place has just gone downhill.

Great indoor place for kids to burn lots of energy. A few issues I have are that the price for a party seems very high but matches the local value. And the lack of safety measures in place to prevent someone from walking out the door with a child. Also that several of the attractions have been torn up (which i know can't be helped), One was duct taped back together, which works, it's just an eyesore. The other one was a safety hazard as it was a large piece of material kids were getting stuck under. I would just recommend repairs to be made in a timely manner for safety purposes. But other than that, it is a mostly well maintained and clean place to play. And all of the employees were very friendly. Other than the high price and safety concerns, I'd give it 5 stars 🙂

I've only been here three times with my kids, but we always have fun. There is actually A LOT to do here. Because it is so big, it never seems crowded. Tonight we went on a Wednesday and there were only two other families there. I went on a Saturday once and my kids found friends from school and had a blast too. It still didn't seem too crowded even though there were a lot of people. It's a great place. You just can't bring any outside food or drink which is typical, but they wouldn't even allow water and the kids get very thirsty jumping around. And the prices aren't bad, but just enough that bringing the whole family is too expensive to come here as much as we'd like.

We have enjoyed visiting before but today the place was disgusting. We arrived when it opened for toddler time and it had clearly not been cleaned. The doors and windows were covered in hand prints and smudges. Every where we looked there were wrappers, straws, chewed gum bandaids, clumps of hair, clumps of dust, and trash. The water fountains were nasty and so were the bathrooms. The lights were out and all but one stall was out of order. There was no soap in the men’s bathroom! We left feeling so dirty and definitely won’t be back unless we hear it’s been deep cleaned.

Maxx Air, please do better! Please properly clean your establishment.

Workers just standing around on their phones not paying attention to whats going on. I saw a set of about 2 yea4 old twins on the highest jump off platform & employees 9 feet away head in they phone. I know as parents we suppose to watch our own kids ( I was watching mines). 7 kids on the king of the mountain one being a full grown man. No workers working the zip line. My kids felt cheated. The front counter help deserves 5 stars thats about it. I lowkey want my money back.

How do you call and cancel a birthday party the morning of the party? Well that’s what they did to us. Just because you have a bigger party wanting to rent the building. What about all the other parties scheduled for today? Then want to offer a 15% discount. No thank you. You lost our business there.
