Fun and Function gets it and offers new and better weighted products for folks on the spectrum to offer a calming influence.
Also have to say they take good care of their customer. I had a 10% off coupon code but when I went to check out, I did not see a place to put that code. I wanted the product for my grandson. I just went ahead and submitted the order. when they reached out to me today telling me I have only six days remaining on my ability to use the coupon I wrote that I had wanted to use the coupon but didn’t see the place for it and so was not able to put it in. They promptly responded back what was the code I was given. I gave them that and within a really short period provided the 10% discount amount as a refund to me. Speaks volumes about their customer service and I will certainly return to their site in the future

The excitement of finding the perfect pieces to complete our sensory at camp was met with some resistance when I tried to order on line. Which computer was creating the glitch isn't important. What's important is the determination of the Customer Care Team to resolve the problem and coordinate shipping so everything will arrive together. I have bought cars and houses with less attention from the staff. This company will go far beyond the norm to satisfy a customer . . . and I am grateful to them all!

Shirt is 14 feet too long and its expensive, its a conplete setup. The length of this shirt is absolutely laughable, it literally hits past the knees, despite the shirt being the proper size. Company requires you to pay for the returns and a 20% restocking fee. Its a complete scam and they are acting sketchy. Customer service is also very slow to respond.

UPDATE: Customer service finally reached out, and agreed to a refund in writing, however they never did. I showed their email to Walmart who immediately refunded me, however this proves the seller is a scammer in my opinion.
