The broth is AWFUL. It's like a few drops of pork broth in water. but the egg in the ramen was tasty. I felt like I bought half of an egg and two pieces of pork for 13$

Love it. This noodle bar is incredible! It was one of the best I have been to here in the States! Flavors are on point food is well presented and prepared, fountain drinks have good flavor and carbonation. I ate here a few times while in town and loved it! The only complaint I have is that their chili oil is (pathetic).. has absolutely no spice to it, and I do not like to drown my food in Sriracha.. I ordered the tonketsu black and the Hell Ramen and was completely shocked at how well they tasted! Every flavor was on point, but sadly.. NOT SPICY ? I did also order the fried cheese cake and was a bit embarrassed as it came out looking like a child's party cake lol definitely not something I would order for myself again but did taste good!! In all I hope I can go back again as I really enjoyed eating here!!

We stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch. We ordered hell ramen and beef noodle soup- both were tasty. Friendly staff. Faster than fast food chains to be served lol definitely would come back if I visit Wichita Falls again !

I recently visited this restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the beef roll; it was incredibly delicious and had a perfect blend of flavors. Additionally, I loved the attention to detail, such as the little writing in the soup bowl. It added a unique and cool touch to the overall presentation. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable culinary experience.
Ps: they make the noodle on site and it was cool to see too.

Wow! I am very impressed with the style, food, and service here. Upon entering the restaurant feels kind of cafeteria Asian and I like that. The menu is straightforward with standard appetizers, soups, dumplings, and entrees. We had the soup dumplings and the filling was amazing. Perfect amount of soup and smooth slightly oniony flavor. Definitely get this. We waited about ten minutes for the food and we were given a nice little tray of salted sweet peanuts to eat while we waited. A nice touch. I had the rib soup and it was initially heavy on the cilantro but after you dig in it mellows out to a fatty rich flavor in the broth. The ribs were soft and delicate with a slightly smokey flavor. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen. The broth was great. Noodles were slightly doughy, but still delicious. The toppings were fresh and brightened up the dish. My son had the general tsos with noodles. This was probably my favorite. The breading was still very crisp and light with a delicious sauce and the noodles were fried with egg and vegetables with a sauce that brought out the rich flour in the noodles. The price was fair for such an amazing meal. Highly recommend.

Coming from someone who eats restraunt ramen quite often, the ramen broth was very disappointing!

Bamboo shoots smelt AWFUL. It was so awful that I started to get nauseous in the middle of my meal.

Noodles have a very pungent dough taste.

This was our first time visiting the fun Noodle bar. We got there on a Monday around 5 in the afternoon, it wasn't too busy and we were seated quickly. We had the egg roll appetizers which came out very fresh. I ordered the pad thai. The food was good but wasn't blown away. The prices seemed a little on the mid to high side.
We might need to try it again just to make a final verdict.

My initial expectations were set pretty high and sadly I'm just unable to give it a 5 star. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite inviting and the staff were very friendly. The food to me however fell a little short. My ramen seemed as if it was laking flavor and was trying to be overcompensated with the topings. Same goes for the soup dumplings. The orange chicken was extremely good though and I cant wait to come back and give it another try.
