We had an amazing carnival at our elementary school thanks to Fun Services of KC! Deb was great in helping us plan and pick the correct amount of inflatables/games, and she was always very responsive if anything came up. We had a small issue with one of our inflatables during the event, and Dan came out within 20 minutes to fix it and save the day. I highly recommend Fun Services for all your party needs!

The company always is so kind and willing to help. We rented the bull which was a hit at our event. Dakota the delivery driver was professional, attentive, engaging, kind and is an awesome employee. Angela was very helpful in confirming the booking and taking care of logistics and making sure everything went smoothly. Angela is a pleasure to work with- she is so patient and knowledgeable, if you need an expert- ask for her!! Fun Services got us out of a bind when we realized two days before our son’s birthday party that the company we rented a bounce house from was out of business, and that we’d been scammed out of our money. I called with such short notice and Deb was so helpful and thorough in telling me all of their available inventory and setting up a pick up/drop off arrangement since they were booked for deliveries for the weekend. The bounce house we rented was clean and in great condition and arrived with super simple instructions for setup (we did DIY since they were already booked for delivery service). The whole process was easy and straightforward and honest and pleasant. I’d absolutely go this route again, and their rental rates were half the cost of the other company that scammed us.

The whole staff is amazing, Debbie was such great help and had an amazing personality and work Ethic, yes I was that annoying customer who made a few changes thru out the process but Debbie was so patient and helped me out, thought the whole booking process, She provided me with three great Bounce houses for the budget our company had for the event and it was a BIG SUCCESS, this is a company that we realized its worth increasing our budget for so that we rent bigger and more bounce houses from you guyd because we saw the great customer service and the great product you guys offer. Even the Warehouse crew were very attentive and very nice I was very surprised, I normally I don't do reviews but I had to do it for this company.
