First time back here in a long time. Worked up 20,000 points for the beats headphones pictured but manager refused to give them to us. Asked for the 10,000 point PS5 headset and manager refused. He claimed they cost 40,000 points but he had them on the 20,000 and 10,000 shelf to mislead his customers. Said it was a mistake but he wouldn’t take them off the shelf until I asked him to fix the mistake. On top of this he wasn’t very friendly and the place is still dirty and smelly even though new carpet was put down recently. Almost everything else was old and the same as it was 20 years ago. Rides and facilities need major renovations not just fresh carpet. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Went not too long ago. The boys had fun, the staff was great! The machines worked perfectly and the environment was clean. Will be back as it wasn't the first time we've been there. Till next time.

I wanna love this place but from entrance walking not even halfway towards the bathroom already urine stinks and the maze jungle gym is kinda dark like I don’t understand.

Love the rides wish the bump cars has more room to drive around 🙁

I’ll have to rethink to go there if I can take the smell of the bathroom that day ugh ?
Staffs are pretty nice so that’s a plus ?
My kid had a great time so that’s what matters ?

Great place for kids. There is a jungle gym, bumping cars, and 3 other kiddies rides. 2 hour band is $25. Buy one and get second for half price.
Laser tag, batting cages and arcade games are extra.

Was lots of fun! The whole family really enjoyed this place.

Had a great time. People are so friendly working there. The kids enjoyed all the rides and Games. Lots of fun.

i went here w my friends for a bday party and one of them lost her phone, the workers were all kind enough to look for it w her and we all got free prizes for the inconvenience. it was so kind of them, will come back again! also it was kept very clean and most workers were very nice!

This place was amazing!
We had our son's 7th birthday party here last Sunday, the owner was so helpful and accommodating, from the first day we walked in he was so helpful, the place was super clean. Paulina called me a few days before the party to make sure all my needs were pleased, also she called a few days after the party to make sure everything went well.
My entire family and friends were so happy and pleased to be there, the games were all working, I was a little concerned about that. The cake was huge and beautiful, the inside had ice cream (Chocolate) that was a nice surprise! But I have to say the #1 reason why our party was so wonderful is because of Jovanna's leadership, she made sure everyone was looking when pictures were taking, she made sure everyone was having a good time, she helped me decorated and was on top of every detail. Thank you to the entire staff of Fun Station USA for making my son's birthday party such a success, I hope my daughter decides on having her birthday party here this year, because they give a nice discount to siblings!

I visited the establishment with my six children, but unfortunately, the staff's behavior was impolite and disrespectful. There was constant yelling directed at the children, which created an unpleasant environment. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, leading to discomfort and an asthma attack for one of my children. Regrettably, the staff displayed a lack of concern and did not provide any assistance or information regarding wristbands upon our arrival. The overall hygiene of the establishment was poor, with an unpleasant odor and uncleanliness. We paid over $180, and they informed me that they could not provide pizza for all of my children due to the number in our group. I understand that this may have been a policy, but I would have appreciated a more courteous explanation.
