It's clean and well-maintained.
Staff are always around, so you can get immediate assistance if a machine malfunctions.

The games are relatively affordable, and it's fairly easy to earn tickets and goods through gameplay.

I visit a few times a year, and they seem to update their machines regularly.

With police vehicles stationed nearby and no homeless individuals in the area, it feels safe.

My husband and I took our kids there today for the 1st time it was a little small, but we had a great time. Saul was the worker during that shift, and he was amazing and was very helpful with any questions we had, or if we needed help with the machine, he was very nice. I wish they would open one in Elk Grove it would be great. Either way we be back soon. Thank you Saul for being such a great person.

Totally overdue with my posts. We’ve been here at least 6 times and each time our kids are thrilled to try out the fun arcade games. They have several dance games, plush toys, prizes to win from the machines, motorcycle and etc. Great customer service here.

Pro- staffs are wearing bright neon T-shirts so it’s easy to spot them. It's located in the Folsom Outlet. If you purchase their game card, you have the option to pick dollar amount. I would suggest to keep the game card for next time after it empties. Each time you get a new card, they will charge you.

Stopped by while I was doing some holiday shopping and glad I did. Me and the fam had a good time. We spent a good hour there and my kids never got bored which says a lot.

It's such a wonderful place. The staff are great and attentive if you need help. The machines are fun, and there's this cotton candy machine that makes custom shapes! This is honestly the best arcade I've ever been to and I look forward to coming here again.

I won't rate this place 1 star, only because the place was clean, well maintained, and fun. But one thing I'll say is, I don't think this place is for "all ages". The young kid who worked today 8/31/24(arrived around 5pm), was very helpful in the beginning. Just when we started playing the games is when it started to go downhill from there. I have 4 children who are all 9 and under. My 8 year old son and my 2 year old daughter were playing skee-ball. (My daughter on left, son on right) when I discussed with the employee about the ball missing, I didn't want a refund or anything I just wasn't sure why it didn't give me anymore ? He said she probably lost one and threw them all. I'm watching her so I didn't see her throw all of them? But whatever didn't matter. He started going through the machine and playing through them so it can restart the cycle. He then proceeds to tell me he saw something on the platform that looks like something made out of Styrofoam or cardboard. He mentioned they had to order and pay out pocket for the game sign ? So I'm not paying too much attention to what he was saying, since my children were trying to get my attention. But in his mind he thought it was okay to ask my kids in front of me if they broke it. NOW, this is where it got me mad. Because first of all don't do that, when clearly I'm standing right next to you. And second of all, a 2 year old little girl cannot throw over 5 feet tall with a heavy little skee ball. But I still kindly explained to him. And then left to play more games. My oldest wins a cotton candy and gives it to his siblings. My youngest 2 are eating it. Again he comes up to me again, and tells me to make sure I'm watching them so they don't make a mess. OK fine. I'm trying to pick up pieces of it.. he looked upset and said yeah that makes a mess (while vacuuming). I get super irritated at that point and just told him "you know what, don't worry about it, he just won't eat it" he must've felt guilty, cause right after he said my child was able to eat, to just be careful. I try to have a good time, but honestly I couldn't. I felt we were personally targeted since we were the only ones he spoke with like this. And my kids were the only ones that were young. Everyone else had teens or were young adults there. So for sure we will never come back. Such a shame if that's how ya'll treat families like that, who do have small children. Our first and last visit!!!! Also, I couldn't catch his name since his badge was faced backwards. So who knows who he is. He definitely needs more training on how to treat his customers with more respect.

My review is way past due! But better than never!

This is a family owned place that's kept super clean and tidy. The workers are genuinely awesome, hired by an awesome owner as well!

We found this place from a friend who takes her 4yr son there. We decided to take our daughter there too. She had a blast! She loves every kid (and non-kid) games there. The owner was super nice and loving, the staff were super welcoming and made her feel super special.

But honestly, what hit me the most was when it became my birthday. We decided to have fun with my daughter there. Oh boy oh boy... what did I get myself into. An hour later I was sweating from having so much fun, doing things like running and becoming out of breath, to ending my time there with a big BIG Pikachu as a birthday gift. I couldn't be more happier and excited to say this happened because one of the workers there cheered me on and made me feel, ultimately special, like how I once felt when I was a kid!

Love it! Take the kiddos there... it's a small arcade place for sure, but big enough and just right for your kiddos!

Ps. I've been to many arcades way bigger than this... but by far this is the best arcade I've been to as a family man. It starts with the employees and the owner! Well done ?

Small, but very clean arcade with new machines and very friendly staff.

It’s challenging to find these types of places that my three year old and two year old can play in, but this one had a few games that they can do at their age so it was fun for them. This place is probably ideal for ages 6+
