We stopped here on a Saturday in December. It was busy but not to bad. Such a great place for a date night or to bring the kids. They have so many games and activities. Every game we played worked perfectly. They staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a $25 play card online. Arrived and scanned our receipt at front desk and got our play card. Good deal for the credits. Will be back:)

Great arcade! The machines were all working and they had a great selection of games. I have honestly never had so much fun playing at an arcade as an adult at this location. Would definitely recommend a visit. They got late hours and the costumer service was great! Prices are also fair.

Popular tourist area year round. It gets extremely crowded in Clifton Hill during the summer time. It's better to come on weekdays to avoid the crowds. I come here a few times a year from Toronto

Best value is the highest denomination, however if you're just looking for a short game, $30 one will be a decent value.

Games are pretty good. Some better than others. Older games at the back. Games cost about 5 credits or roughly a dollar. Some after lower.

Lots of fun. Good to kill time.

Great Canadian Midway at Niagara Falls seems to have changed their payment format since around 2024 spring; there is no longer any game tokens to play or paper tickets for prize, instead it uses game cards issued at its machines or its staffed cash counter, and all prize tickets are tracked digitally after each swipe and play. Each new game card cost $2 CAD, plus tax, and minimum amount per credit refill is $10, you can no longer pay smaller amounts than that. Each game credit equals about 25 cents; most short ticket-prize-giving midway games cost about 3 to 8 credits($0.75~$2) per play, and racing or shoooing game cost about 8 to 10 credits (~$2+) per play, a few fancier games like VR or big claw machines cost upwards to 20 credits per play.

Overall, it feels like this arcade place has gotten more expensive and greedier than in the past. And it has become basically the most expensive arcade in Niagara Falls area, compared to the nearby adventure city or the skylon funzone, even if some of its machine might have the biggest/fanciest screen.

I would give this zero stars if I could. My son won 500 tickets on a machine. (Picture included). The machine only awarded 4 tickets. When my wife alerted staff to this they said the machine said only 4 tickets and that he didn't win the 500 tickets. I was not in the arcade when this happened. My 6 year old son was upset and didn't understand why adults wouldn't give him what he won even though the machine is clearly pointing to 500 tickets. When I met up with them my wife had told me what happened. I them sought out the manager showed him the picture and asked him where the arrow was pointing. His response was 4 tickets. I then zoomed in the picture to make it easier for him to see. Then he began denying my wife had even talked to him. They finally made it right after several minutes of back and forth conversation. I understand being cautious of people trying to scam the business but it was 500 tickets which at the most would get my son a $2.00 toy. Very unprofessional and my son never wants to go back because in his words "They are liars."
