I've ordered from MamaEarth for over 5 years now. They take the hassle out of eating healthy and supporting local farms and businesses. We order every week except for when we travel and when we are away for months at a time, it's these organic deliveries that I miss the most about home!

Whenever they occasionally is a mistake on an order, they are quick to provide a refund and then some to make up for the inconvenience.

I had to go back pretty far to find some photos. Bring back the Kung Pao Broccoli!

I have become interested in making home made bone broth and called several local grocers / butchers to see if I could get just chicken back/ necks with no luck.
I came upon mama Earth Organics' website and ordered the bones.
My delivery came the next day and we are thrilled!
I did make a call to clarify some questions and Deanna was so wonderful in taking the time to ensure I had all that I needed to make the order.
This is a wonderful company and I am so glad we found them.
I would highly recommend then.

I’ve been using Mama Earth Organics for a bit now, and I love it!

I’m all about reducing my footprint, eating local, and getting the best quality produce, and they totally deliver on that. I get the large local produce box and it is always super fresh and ripe.

It’s great knowing I’m supporting local farmers and doing my part for the environment with their circular box policy (leave last weeks empty box outside and they collect it for reuse.

I've only had two issues with deliveries and their customer service is quick and empathetic, which makes the whole experience even better.

I would highly recommend you try this service - it saves me so much time and effort shopping each week. And now you can get food delivered on the day of your choosing multiple times a week - which is even more convenient. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for mama earth for quite some time and I have to say the service has gone down. I didn't receive my delivery today, no one called me to discuss what happened or how to resolve the situation. Don't sign up for them and their terrible customer service. I left a message twice and told them by email to call me. Their communication is extremely poor and problem solving skills, especially Jennifer, the new customer service representative.

I started ordering from Mama Earth in the Spring of 2024 and I am obsessed. I love the assortment of fruits and veggies that come with the organic produce box. The boxes include local and organic seasonal products which are fresh. Normally a concern of mine would be the inability to pick out the produce myself however, I have not had any issues. I also find that the produce lasts longer than if you were to buy the same thing at a wholefoods as an example (perhaps its the transportation times). With each delivery, they give you a quick one pager on "field notes" which keep you up to date on what is in season as well as recipe ideas. Also, their deliveries are always on time and I like the fact that they have implemented a recycling program where blue reusable delivery bins are picked up every time there is a delivery. An A++ from me.
