Had a wonderful time on 12/13/24 around 4 to 6pm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Bowling cashier/supervisor also went above and beyond in customer service. It’s a great compliment before or after a movie or any other time. I will be a repeat customer with my 6 year old son.

On a Sunday afternoon 3pm:

2 workers outside mean mugging, checking IDs and bags. Cannot bring in outside food or drink. Bar doesn’t open until 6:30pm.

Workers - only 1-2 walking around (most machines don’t require anyone to help exchange to get prize), expect for few skill ones.

Crane games - some machines don’t work, controls were busted however, the win rate seems to be higher than other round1s nearby. $140 haul was 5 plush and 6 figures.
Some Japanese style machines requiring skill, too difficult to win the pusher through hole ones. Fewer machines than most other round1s.

Parking - do not park inside the fashion district ($14-28). If possible, park outside and pay meter $3 per hour.

It,'s what you expect for the "fashion district" guards at the doors, they check your bags and run a metal detector over you to get in and ask you to leave other food and drinks on the floor near the one entrance. The food's alright. It seemed like a teen was running the bar, they didn't know how to pull a pint off the tap. To be fair, it was also in a 12oz cup. Took the kid like 3 tries. They put the cup on the grate, let the beer pour a solid foot into the center of the cup, made 11oz of head, poured the 11oz out and then poured another oz of beer and 10oz of head. At one point they had 3 cups going ?
But at least they seemed embarrassed enough to not charge me for the beer.
The arcade machines were in working shape. Not a lot of good games, though. Mostly modern shooting and racing games.

This place offers a fun experience and is a great spot in the heart of Center City. However, the staff is absolutely terrible. They come across as rude, unresponsive, and seem annoyed when you line up to spend money on a bowling lane. Who’s in charge here? Is there any leadership at all? How is it acceptable for young employees to treat paying customers so poorly?

Additionally, they offer mid-game bowling challenges that promise rewards and prizes. But guess what? They don’t actually give you anything.

I see that another parent had the same experience I did. I brought my 17 and 19 year old sons to go there while I shopped in the mall at 2:30 on 6/15/24, a Saturday. I got the call from my youngest that he needed a 25 year old guardian. This is not posted online. Needless to say, I was unable to shop. I'm done with the Fashion District anyway. I hope these photos help someone else.

Love the place but it's so understaffed. They never have food and it takes forever to get anything from consessions.

There's only so much one or two people can do. Also they advertise being open for adults till 2am but shutdown all concessions at 8pm. 21+ to enter but no food or drinks for the final 6 hours of operation. Its cool though you can go to the water fountain that hasn't been cleaned or had filter change since it was installed.

Entirely the fault of management and corporate. Always hiding out when workers need help. I see the staff hustle and they are friendly but they need serious help with customer volume.

Every time I've been there half the machines are in complete disrepair. When you want to claim prizes you have to sign a bunch of forms they can't release anything to you unless upper management comes to clear it first. If you win too many tickets you need to find management to override the machines otherwise it says limit reached and takes away your points. Place is tighter than Vegas casino pits.
